These terms govern all projects and collaborations with our agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong>Project Scope<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project scope is defined and agreed upon before the project starts. Any additional requests or changes beyond the initial agreement may result in additional charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong>Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments are made in phases as agreed. A deposit is usually required before work begins. All invoices must be paid within the specified due date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong>Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. However, we reserve the right to display work in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong>Cancellations &amp; Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Project cancellations are subject to our <strong>Refund Policy<\/strong>. If a project is canceled after the start of development, refunds are generally not available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong>Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the delivered products or services after the project is completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7\ufe0f\u20e3 <strong>Privacy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All client information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties without consent.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1\ufe0f\u20e3 General By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
