By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all projects and collaborations with our agency.
2️⃣ Project Scope
The project scope is defined and agreed upon before the project starts. Any additional requests or changes beyond the initial agreement may result in additional charges.
3️⃣ Payments
Payments are made in phases as agreed. A deposit is usually required before work begins. All invoices must be paid within the specified due date.
4️⃣ Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. However, we reserve the right to display work in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.
5️⃣ Cancellations & Refunds
Project cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy. If a project is canceled after the start of development, refunds are generally not available.
6️⃣ Liability
We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the delivered products or services after the project is completed.
7️⃣ Privacy
All client information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties without consent.
